Approval Prompt Loop Issue for Azure AD-integrated API App in Business Central [ OAuth V2.0 ]

I have set up an API app in Azure AD and integrated it with Business Central. Users attempting to access the app are encountering an approval prompt. Although I, as the admin, have logged in and approved the request, the user who initially requested approval continues to face the approval prompt when trying to access the app again.
