Possible to embed two different subscription centers in one realtime email?

Hey,
 
is it somehow possible to embed two different subscription centers in one realtime email? I only managed to reference one with the dynamic value of the preference center.
Because we wanted to guide the recipient to two different subscription centers one only for opt-in-opt out of the newsletter and one for managing subscription lists (topics that he/she is interested in).
 
We are using outbound forms that are embedded on an external CMS at the moment (with the compliance center option /external link/).

    Hi Partner,
    You can't use dynamics value in the email, but you can populate static value(link) in the email.
    How subscription lists works in RTM:
    RTM consent profile allows you to manage subscription list at different profile level. You can add multiple topics under each compliance profile.

    RTM consent center allows you to manage consent given by your customers for email and text messages.
