Setting the Criteria in a view for different dates depending on what data is in a field

Hi all,

I am hoping you are able to help.

we have created a field to segment our clients into different "buckets" depending on likelihood to give us work. We currently have a view & chart to show when these clients become "neglected" - no contact within the last month. We now want to change this so that they become neglected at different times depending on what "bucketb (x,y etc)" they are in. I can get the view to filter the data showing all the buckets becoming neglected within x weeks but i can't get it to work with the criteria for different lengths of time. I've tried using the and / or grouping but that doesn't work.. My idea solution is to have them show as neglected when X & last contact date is 4 weeks and Y & last contact dates is 12 weeks.

Here is a screenshot of how it is set up currently but i am getting all three of the segments if contact older than 4 weeks.

Any assistance would be amazing if you can understand what i am trying to do

Thanks

If it was me, I would connect using Excel and the D365 connector, bring the data into Excel and you can then use everything from basic pivot tables to power pivot and all the way up to power query.
