In our organization we use Dynamics 365 Business Central and we don't know how to delete users. In User settings Tab we set user status to disabled, but even with this feature we are not able to delete users. We have an Administrator role with full access and permissions but every time we try to delete an entry of the user list a message appears saying
The user "*******" cannot be deleted because the user has been logged on to the system. To deactivate a user, set the user's state to Disabled.
What are the steps to delete users? We don't want to see users who are no longer part of the company.

it is currently the design that you cannot delete created users in Business Central, as the message shows you.
You have to disable them.
