Hi

I have a Lead A with 10 email

A contact B with 5 email

We know that lead A and contact B are the same.

Then I qualify the lead A to be a Contact A. and then I merge Contact A and Contact B. B is the master

The problem is that email From lead A are not rolled Up on Contact B.

Is it normal ?

I also tryed to say on lead A that existing contact was contact B (Before qualifying) but it did not work.

I just tried this in V9 (CE) and the emails are rolling up to the merged master record without issue as I expected.  I first created a lead, then sent an email to the lead, then promoted the lead to contact, then finally merged.  The remaining Contact record had the email originally sent to the lead. I realize this doesn't solve your issue but hope it helps a bit.

Quick follow-up response.  If you know the two are the same, why not set the "Existing Contact?" field on the Lead instead of qualifying and then merging?  I tried that as well and the email records from the Lead were associated to the Contact after the Lead was qualified.

Sorry if this sounds insulting but I have to ask...  After setting the "Existing Contact" are you then clicking Qualify?  Simply setting the Existing Contact field and saving will not roll up the activities.  Do other activity types besides emails roll up? Outside of that, I'm out of suggestions.  I tried this again in V9.1 with and without setting the regarding field (in case that made a difference) for an email and with Tasks and they are rolling the activities up to the Contact and then to the parent Account.

I also tried this in version 8.2 and it's working as expected.  Since your environment is on-prem, have the latest updates been applied?  I didn't see anything in the release notes indicating this to be a problem but it might be worth testing it out if you have a dev environment.  Any errors in Event Viewer on the CRM server?  Any hints of a problem in the plugin trace logs?
