The Delivery dates on the PO are the expected delivery dates and these do not change during product receipt. Each product receipt will be captured in a product receipt journal with its own date.

    Hi Daxer,

noted, its mean in AX dont have report/view to see data i need.

i had generated performance delivery performance report, but its at percentage, while we need is the date for each requested field mentioned above.

    Thank you

The data are stored in different tables and fields (on purchase order and journals)- and therefore can be used in reporting.

Note that one purchase order line of e.g. 10 can be received through e.g. 5 product receipts each with different dates.

The Vendor Delivery Performance on Receipt report shows  delayed receipts and may be worth a look . It shows  details about the number of purchase orders delivered on time, the average delay, the number of backorders, and the average lead time. These reports are generated based on confirmed ship date updated in the purchase orders. If supplier is making on-time material delivery based on the ship date confirmed, then supplier performance will be maintained in 100% and the average days late will be 0. The difference between the confirmed ship date and the actual delivery date (Product receipt date) is updated for calculating the variance and average days late
