Hi Team,

Please I have an urgent matter that is creating a lot of tension in my company. Sales people are reassigning accounts all over the place and I want to do an audit of the account assignment and I can't find the way.

Can anyone help?

Hi Patrick ,

You can check modified by field for the account record when the record got assigned. Add Modified By , Modified On column in a view and see when and who updated the records.

Also enabled audit log for Owner and Modified By , Modified On fields and then check audit history for the record using related tab.
