Email Signature attached with Plugin generated automatic email

HI  team,
 
A automatic email will be triggered to the user from a plugin when ever a case is qualified in D365. I am not able to get Automatic Signature attached to that automatic sent emails. Is it possible?
Please see the screenshot,

 

Here if you see we dont have signature attached to the email. However i have a email Signature saved in the instance. However i get the signature when i create a new email or when i reply to the existing email. Its only issue with the automatic email.

Any pointers?
