75,854I have a client currently going through an audit and one thing that has come up is the user's ability to change the posting date on batches. What have others done to prevent users from changing the posting date on batches? For starters I have suggested they turn on batch approval and limit who can post batches but even that allows the posting user the ability to change the post date.
They will most likely have to purchase the advanced activity tracking module as the auditor has noticed that just about every one can change just about everything. Of course, when the users are asked who did something the answer is always " Not Me!"
