Can a single Customer order allow different contractual entitlements on different lines. This includes but is not limited to service type, warehouse ship to/from & turn around time.

Hi Anubha,
If you mean to apply two agreements on one sales order with two lines then yes it is possible in AX.
So if you have two agreements SA-01 and SA-02 with same customer C for items A and B then you can have both the sales agreement on one sales order SO-01 on two different lines for item A and B. The warehouse and effective period of sales order should match that of both agreements.
