I had a document in MS Words, this document consists of several sentences. I copied & pasted this document to the CRM's email body, however CRM added more spaces between the lines. How do I prevent this, anyone has such issue?

CRM Email tends to do stuff that it is not supposed to do.
The best way to get what you need is make your word document into an HTML document, view it in Web Browser, and copy the contents of the web browser (not source, but actual design view), into the CRM Email Editor.
Next version of Dynamics 365 is supposed to have a better email editor. Let's hope it fixes the issue there...
