Hello,

Can anyone help me understand the difference between System Language vs Legal Entity Language?

    Hi Joy,

    The system parameters language is used in many places where you can setup global data. E.g. the default language for workflow messages, email templates, product name and descriptions.

    The language on the legal entity is a language which is part of the global address book. The same field is provided for customers, vendors and other party roles. I'm not directly able to think of features where the LE language is used by the application. When you have multiple legal entities in multiple countries, then still, there is one system language defining a base language.
