Is it possible to configure portal security to allow a user to view related records for sub accounts related to an account they are a contact on?
For example, the user is a contact on Account A. Account A has three sub accounts Account B, Account C and Account D. The user would like to see all cases for the main Account (Account A) as well as all sub accounts (B,C and D).

Mahender - Thank you, after configuring the Entity Permissions as you described the user is now able to see cases across all sub accounts.

First you need set up entity permission for account, set scope should be account and under the relateionship select account_parent_account, further create another child entity permission under this and there you need to set entity permission for Case, and set scope as parent and select relationship for account and case.
Thanks for the response. So this is where I am unclear on how to properly configure. I have an Entity Permission record configured on the incident entity. The scope of this is account and uses the relationship between the account and the contact. As expected, the user is only able to see cases associated with the account that he is a contact on.
Can you provide any additional details as to how to configure the entity permissions?

You should be able to achieve this using combination of Contact and Parent Scope in entity permissions.
