BCL easyPDF Printer Driver 6.0 will not install, on my Windows Server 2008 x86, server

I'm trying to install the BCL easyPDF Driver on to my server. I've just installed FRx 6.7 Webport. but when I attempted to run the BCL easyPDF Printer Driver 6.0, that came with the Webport Software, I received this message:

This setup program cannot be used until Microsoft FRx 6.7 WebPort has been installed.

If I look at the list of installed packages under Control Panel/Programs and features, "Microsoft FRx 6.7 Webport", is listed as an Installed Program.

I'm not sure what to do next. The version of webport I have is supposed to be the latest version and the EasyPFD software is supposed to be the replacement for the one that came with the original setup.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a way I can get EasyPDF installed.
