Vendor registration wizard for vendor collaboration

Hi Team,

I was trying to process vendor onboarding using vendor collaboration module and i was able to create the external user as system user with the help of workflows.

But I am not able to send the invitation to external user to access vendor registration wizard even after setting up "User request workflow".

Could someone please help me to send the invitation to external vendors and help them to access the vendor registration wizard for registration?

Hi There ,

When we try to onboard the external user :

B2B invitation is mandiatory (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/sysadmin/implement-b2b)

>Workflow setup: Steps involved, actions, and conditions.

>Email configuration: SMTP settings, test email results.

>External user account details: Creation process, roles, permissions, and status.

>Vendor collaboration module configuration: Relevant settings and configurations.

Note : Powerflows is other option you can give trigger for the external Users.
