We have been notified that users within one of our CRM instances are unable to update a field which was previously available to them. This field security profile is setup so this field is restricted to a team so only members of that team are able to update this field. We verified the field security profile and everything is setup correctly and the team is correctly associated with this field security profile. This was working previously fine before and we have made no changes to this profile which is why are confused as to why all of a sudden it has stopped working.
Would anyone have a solution for this problem or has encountered this before? Any solutions or suggestions would be really appreciated.
