Prior to Dynamics CRM 365 I had been working with SharePoint. There we had a very good approval process where tasks were assigned to certain users and they had to approve/reject these tasks before a destined due date. On such an approval/rejection of user we could perform several actions( based on task outcomes). Is anything similar available in CRM Dynamics?
I need an approval process/workflow in field service where a technician who is on-site requests for a product. First a task will be assigned for technicians manager and if approved by the manager then a task needs to be created for the Supply chain team. And if the Supply chain team approves it, a notification will be sent to the technicians stating the details and availability about the requested product.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
