'Mark as Complete' on Activties not updating

Hi all,

I'm trying to update our appointments to 'Mark as Complete' - however i'm reciveing "Business Process Error - Cannot Find Record to be Updated".

Can anyone help me find a solution?

    This error comes when Activity is already completed. Refresh the page and check what is the current status of record before Clicking on Mark as Complete

    Hi Saad,

    Thanks for you reply. I've tried the above, still no joy. Here is the 'Log file' (not sure if this help?) I can however Close the Appointment and select 'Cancelled'.. i have checked all the secrurity roles and everything seems fine (i think)..

    It looks like there is a workflow named test which is throwing the error. Please deactivate the workflow and try again.
