Hi !

Ive configured "Change Based Alerts" and "Due Date Based Alerts" to run every 1minutes. I now get alerts evey 15 minutes telling me that the batch has run and ha completed its process.

YAY !!!

Except that I want to turn this functonality off! It has practically moved into SPAM territory. Someone please help -_-

I assume that you set up notifications for the batch. Open the Batch job form, find the batch, click the Alerts button and change the setup to whatever you like.

    Hi Fahad,

Open the Batch jobs form (Sys Admin -> Inquiries) and look for the batch jobs related to 'Alerts'. Select one, and click the 'Alerts' button on the form. Have you got, for example, 'Show pop-ups' ticked?

Make an end to your batch job by changing its reoccurrence schedule.  It should stop sending you any more alerts
