
We recently upgraded from GP 2013 R2 to GP 2016. AP users have noticed random sections missing (distribution section will be missing or the signature box will be) from their payables transaction edit list. For some users it happens more than others, and they all have the same security.
Any tips on where to look?

I have the same question (0)I'm not sure but some thoughts and questions that came to mind...
Is this a modified report? If yes, try the unmodified version. If not, save your reports dictionary (assuming you have some modified reports) and try a client without the dictionary loaded and see what happens. Do you use a shared dictionary for all clients or do they each have their own? Is this on a terminal server?
Does this happen when printed to screen, to printer, or to file? If only to printer and the report dictionary is not to blame then I suspect it may be with print drivers. Does this happen when people are printing to a specific printer...meaning does this specific printer print properly for one person and badly for another? What about if those two different users log onto the same computer and print...what happens then?
