Table Hierarchy Inconsistency Errors

Getting Table Hierarchy Inconsistency Errors on one of the alternate modified report, when go to check table relationship, found that the Main table field is blank.

Any idea we can select table as main table filed is coming lock.

I don't have the package or anything else as this report is from someone else.

Any developer tip to solve the issue?

    I am not facing this type of issue. Not sure, may be the report contained main table was deleted after creating the report. Check whether the table available or not.
