Project time sheet to restrict time booking for future project start date

Hello All,

I have a project which is created yesdterday Dec. 18th - 2017 by actual start date of the project is on Jan. 1st - 2018. But when I try to enter the time for that project in timesheet and trying to book the time in the timesheet for today's date which is Dec. 19th - 2017.

Is there any standard scenario to restrict this scenario saying that Actual start date is only on Jan. 1st - 2018 in Ax?

The standard scenario way would be to have "correct" stage on the project, e.g. having Created until you're actually supposed to do hour entries.
