Dear Nav Peers,

MicrosoftTeams_2D00_image-_2800_3_2900_.pngWhen using  export to excel eg .Customer list page by using the shortcut - > Ctrl+e i' m getting a dialog box asking the location where  to save rather than opening the excel automatically . can you pls help to resolve whether its anything related to settings ?

    CTRL+E on a list should ask you if you want to open or save the excel file.

    Is Excel correctly installed on the machine where you run the RTC client?

    hi stefano,

        Thanks for your reply . its installed,normally when we give ctrl+e the excel opens without any dialog box.

    Regarding your last response: ctrl+e on a different list opens Excel directly or you have the same behaviour on every list?

    I have the same problem with one of my users.

    In the Open/save dialog box, she unchecked "ask every time", and selected "Save" (so now - of course - it saves every time).

    If I could get the Dialog box to re-appear, it would be great, or any way to change the selection to "Open".

    Try to delete you personalization , close Dynamics NAV, open Dynamics NAV and then check.
