Hi,
I am facing a weird issue. I have an enabled mailbox that is approved and synchronised. I am trying to send an email using a workflow.
If I send the email using 'Send Email' step, there are no issues. The email is delivered correctly.
However, if I use the 'Create Record' (email) and change status to 'Pending Send', the email stays in 'Pending send'. I am setting 'No. of Delivery Attempts' to 0 (also tried 1), but nothing happens. The email stays in 'Pending Send' status.
Can anyone guide me what I might be doing wrong here?
