1. Modify "opportunity" entity's "Opportunities I Follow" view.
2.Create "opportunities" solution with all it's components and export it.
3.Expand the exported solution package and Open customizations.xml file.
4.Search "Follow" in customizations.xml file .
Q: I can find "My Opportunities Being Followed" But can't find "Opportunities I Follow" view in customizations.xml file.

This is a bug - I reported a while back but was told that I was 'by design' for some reason.
The work around is to create a copy of the view and export that - then deactivate the out of the box view.

Yes , i check it on 365 try version too , it has same issue.
And i find a solution package which is exported in 20140801, customizations.xml file in that package has "Opportunities I Follow" view. It seems that "Opportunities I Follow" view can be export in dy 2011 or dy 2013.

I can only confirm that view does not get exported for some reason. You can create a copy of that view and it will be exported. But, somehow, it does not work for the "Opportunities I Follow" (and it's 365 online in my case)
The first thing I'd check is whether the "Opportunities I Follow" view is in the solution in CRM, as it may be that adding the entity to the solution somehow missed the "Opportunities I Follow" view
