Config Packages Performance

Has anyone encountered problems recently using config packages?
 
Trying to import 20k records into one table and the /apply/ stage is performing woefully. File has only 22 fields being imported. 
 
Historically I have imported far larger datasets into BC using Config Packages without hassle.
 
Using BC SaaS V22.1

    Hi, never encountered this problem.
    But this may be caused by customization, you can use the following method to check which program takes the longest time.
