DCP Template not loading data

Using DCP & Word Office 365, I have designed the template using the mailmerge fields. The problem is when I go to test the template by populating it with data (Click on Choose Data, select a Contact record it comes back with the error: 'Error while generating DocX:Error in CreateDocFromTemplate. Could not copy at DocxCreator.GenerateDocx.CreateDocFromTemplate(String TemplateFile, String DestinationFile, List`1 qid, RequestFetchXMLResult inFetchHandler, SaveDocumentinCRM inSaveDoc, Object inService)'. Can you please advise whats wrong.
