How to distribute Campaign Activity as one appointment to many and not many appointments to many contacts

Hi,

I am trying to distribute a single appointment to all the contacts on the marketing lists of an appointment campaign activity. The default behavior, as you likely know, is to send individual appointments to each contact. Is there some OOB way to do this that I don't know of? The client does not have and is unwilling to invest in the Marketing module (which I know includes the Event entity). Also, I know I can use Flow or workflow to do this custom, but before I dive into that, I thought I would ask for any obvious things I might have overlooked. Thanks

Hi

I'm afraid there is no oob way to perform this through marketing list, the OOB behavior of distributing campaign activities is to create one activity record for each contact in the marketing list.
