Custom- grid- view doesn't show values after passing a solution

I created a phonecall grid-view (simply by ui) and passed it to another environment, after I published the solution I found that I can see my grid-view but it's empty... I have a records in my system that should be sowen but they are not, what am I missing?

    Hi,

    What you can see if you create new records , Check the view filter criteria . You can also compare with the source instance if something in view does not overwrited  with the solution.

    Can you share a screenshot please. Its more like that the either the view is not correct or there is no data.
