Hi,
I am trying to export a store database in HQ Administrator.
I get as far as trying to copy the store template database when I receive an error.
When 'Creating Database Structure' I get the error message:
An error occurred while attempting to copy the database.
Error -2147220503: Line 8: Length or precision specification 0 is invalid.
Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I had the exact same problem and found it was a custom table that was causing the error. Thanks for posting.
Hi Nick,
This is most likely caused by custom triggers or database tables you have in the database that you're trying to use as a template. Do you use customization?
Two tips:
1) If you have another store DB that you can use as a template - try that. The smaller the store the better.
2) Make a copy of your store database, remove any custom tables and triggers from the copy, then use it as the template.

Never seen this before, sounds like something to do with SQL.
I can think of only one thing. RMS HQ version and store version same? May be the backed up store DB copy is wrong version to the database you are trying to import?
