Reports on column table usage

Hello all,

I am in a project of cleanup of a Dynamics Sales instance.

To help for the cleaning, I added a checkbox for the Sales to indicate if the contact has been cleaned.

To follow the rate of cleanup, I would like to build reports on this.

Did you already had this done ? Is it a Power BI or a SSRS report ?

Hi Nya,

Thank you for your interest.

There is no real issue, I would like to know how to proceed

In the screenshot at the right, there is a Yes/No field.

I would like to build a report to track the number of Yes and number of No on all the entity Contact

Hi,

Please refer to the following doc to know how to create a report based on certain conditions.

Create a report using the Report Wizard - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

You can set the condition (whether the field equals to Yes or No) in the 6^th step.
