How to match Available physical in On-Hand with Actual Available

Hi,
 
In Dynamics 365 FO, on-hand list (below). Physical inventory is 281 and Physical available is 0.
 
But actual physical available quantity is 0.
 
How can we match the available physical quantity in FO with actual available.
 
We tried all types of Journals.
1. Movement
2. Inventory adjustment
3. Counting
But get the same error related to 0 available.
Error: "218 cannot be picked because only 0 is/are available from the inventory for item: 202/t/papertube T236.". 
 
Please suggest some solution to resolve the query.

    Hi,

    Please activate dimensions displays for storage and tracking dimensions to gain a better overview of the physical inventory.

    Thanks Alireza for the reply.
     
    We are upgrading the AX 2012 to FO and found some mismatch in on-hand inventory.
     
    The physical available quantity (in question) is shared by the client which are actually present in the warehouse with licence plate and location. We have a list of this type of mismatch.
     
    We just want to match the physically available quantity with the system.
     
    Any possible approach or solutions regarding this is helpful.
