AOS couldn’t starting manually due to authentication issue

We use one account which defined on Active Directory to executing ERP Workflow Service which running in periodic time range on Database Server.But sometimes We get authentication error message.I observed application logs from event viewer and I have noticed the Authentication Issue Log which its Event ID : 110.

Could you please help to fix this issue.

Hi Ozkan,

Did you notice any AX workflow related errors the same time these error logs occurred? if yes, can you please share those AX errors, which could provide some insight on the issue.

it would be helpful if you can share the name of the service you have checked the logs for to understand if you are referring to AOS service or the workflow service.
