Item Shipping weight on Picking Ticket Not Calculating correctly when Include Line Item Comments is selected

Hello,

I have added the calculated field to the SOP Blank Picking Ticket Order Entered to calculate extended shipping weight by line item, and the sum on the page footer. 

All has been working well and calculating correctly until a user selected "Include Line Item Comments" when goign to print the picking ticket.  When this is selected, the extended weights for the lines come out correctly, however, the sum seems like it is taking the sum of the extended weights, and taking half of the extended weights and adding it to the sum.  So if I have a line item that has an extended weight of 4 lbs.  My ORDER total at the Bottom is showing 6.  It seems like it is directly correllated to any line that has a line item comment associated with it.  Has anyone come accross this or know if this is a bug?

    I finally opened up a MS incident and after 4 days, they came back with an answer.  Instead of using the SOPLINE.QTY field like they mention in the KB article of how to add the weight to a packing slip/picking ticket, you need to add the sopIndividualPickTicketTemp.QTY in order to get this to work with the Include Line item comments button.

    If this can be consistantly repeated, report it to Microsoft as a bug.  You should not be charged for the call unless they identify something you are doing wrong.

    Teresa,

    This is still an open issue.  I have not had pressure form the client yet to open a MS Support Incident.  Please keep me posted if you come up with the solution.

    Unfortunately Mike I do not have the answer, but I can tell you I am working on the exact same problem that you are having.  If you run accross the answer please let me know.  When I get one I will do the same for you.

    Any one else run into this problem or know the solution?  Really not trying to reach out to MS Support for something like this....LOL.
