    dear Ammar Zaied

To be sure check if any queue has a mailbox configured, Queues cannot have Outlook as email delivery method,.

In the mail box set the regarding as user, change Incoming/Outgoing email to 'CRM for outlook'.

    Hi Ammar,

From the error and the screenshot above it seems that you are using Server Side Sync for sending/receiving e-mails for CRM.

When Microsoft Dynamics CRM is set up, a mailbox record is created for each user and queue in the organization. These mailbox records are associated to an email server profile that defines the settings for
connecting to the email server. Server-side synchronization uses this information to process email for all associated mailboxes.

    You can refer https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn832108.aspx

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Bilal

So that means that the email address you've got set up has a delivery method of Outlook when it need to be Email router/Server Sync or Forward Mailbox for Queues.

Just change the delivery method of the mailbox and it will be fine.

    Hi Ammar,

If you want for this type of error message you can create a new Support Case to verify the traces that you got when you run this action.
