SQL Agent and SQL Server service accounts for Dynamics CRM 2016

Hello,

I am looking for the best practices security settings for service accounts that need to run Dynamics CRM 2016 server on SQL 2014.

Cannot find this information inside of MS CRM 2016 deployment documents.

Following  “Select an Account for the SQL Server Agent Service”

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms191543.aspx

I am choosing Windows domain account (non-administrative), with the rest of the setting required there.

Is this what you would do?

What about a SQL Server service account? Other than sysadmin role?

There are no special requirements over and above those required by SQL server - so if you install SQL using minimum privilege service accounts then CRM will be fine.
