Hello, can anyone please tell me which Database is used by Microsoft Dynamics 365?

Dynamics 365 uses Dataverse as its database. You can read about it here.

As indicated previously, Dynamics CRM relies on Dataverse. FinOps/SCM/BC on the other hand will use other technologies, so its important to know which you're planning to use. Customer Service relies on Dataverse.
Going a bit more deep, Dataverse is composed by different storage technologies: Azure SQL Service, Azure CosmosDB and Azure BlobStorage.
