Blank Bin with Inventory qty

I have a very unique situation because of some data collection software that has left me with this record in my IV00112 that has the bin field blank. This keeps me from being able to do anything in GP because the bin is not defined. Can I just run an update script on the IV00112 table and add a bin number or will that mess something else up??? Better yet is there a way in GP to assign a bin number??? See the record below.
