    Hello Naras,

You can find a lot of free information on the MS docs sites:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../introduction-to-microsoft-dynamics-ax-2012

The upper link also shows you the different modules such as GL, AP, AR, ... that give you some deeper insights.

Another excellent source are the videos and materials available on the dynamics learning portal. Please see: mbspartner.microsoft.com/ (Note: The dynamics learning portal requires a login and an association with a Microsoft partner who subscribed/purchased this. If you are working for a MS partner you should have access to it).

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Naras,

You can see the following site, janeteblake.wordpress.com/.../ . Microsoft Learn has posted free online trainings for four functional Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations courses. There is a Core course, which can be extended with Finance.

    Warm Regards,

    Zain

    Hi Naras,

Addition, almost all modules are connected to finance. If you have a financial background and basic accounting knowledge, you can follow the links provided above to learn. Or you can first grasp some basic accounting and principles financial terms (such as financial structure, ledger, financial dimensions, etc.), and then try to test it with other modules in test environment.

    Hi Dr ludwig,

Yes I totally agree with you, i forgot to mention this link is from D365. In my opinion pretty good for starters. The points methodology keeps you lean in for learning more thats the best part.

    Thanks for pointing it out.

    Warm Regards,

    Zain

No worries Zain. I often overlook this myself often and of course expect you to point out if you find that I overlook this :-) btw: Many thanks for helping in the community!
