Can someone please advice if there is a way to 'Transfer Cash receipt' from one customer to another? without voiding and re-entering.

No, there is no way to transfer the cash receipt form one customer to another. You should void the original one and create a new cash receipt.

Sometimes when the cash receipt was entered a long time ago and is already reconciled, you may not want to touch it. Another option to voiding and re-entering is to enter a debit memo for the 'wrong' customer and a credit memo for the 'right' customer.
