It is possible to export payroll data from ADP Run and import it into Business Central (BC) by utilizing a CSV file; however, this procedure may need some manual steps to be completed.

Absolutely! Verifying past item quotes depends on your system. If using a platform like Dynamics 365, navigate to the "Sales Quotes" page and utilize the search function with the item name/number. This should reveal any quotes containing that item, both active and archived. Let me know if you need help with specific software!

    hi

you can easily verify if an item has been quoted in the past and present in any of the sales quotes or archived sales quotes by using the search functionality.

To search for sales quotes that contain a specific item, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Sales Quotes page in Business Central.

Click on the "Search" button to open the search page.

In the search box, type in the name or number of the item you want to search for.

Click on the "Search" button to start the search.

Business Central will display a list of all sales quotes that contain the item you searched for. You can sort the list by various criteria, such as date or customer name, to help you find the quote you are looking for.

If you want to search for archived sales quotes, follow the same process but navigate to the Archived Sales Quotes page instead of the Sales Quotes page.

By using the search functionality in Business Central, you can quickly and easily verify if an item has been quoted in the past and present in any of the sales quotes or archived sales quotes.

The answer you are giving here is simply incorrect.

You are describing functionality that is not in the system. The search function in the sales quote page does work like this. It will only search for fields in the header page.

You can use a configuration package to export all of the archived quotes lines to Excel if you like.

But I think it would be a better solution to have your partner create a simple page for you where you can use the "open in Excel feature".

Hi, I think you can try the Change Log function to record the No. field of Sales lines and Sales Line Archive.

Then searching for the value in Change Log Entries does the trick.

In addition, you can refer to the following way to make a simple customization.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

Thanks! I assume that is not possible just to extract all fields from archived quotes including items on excel file and just search manually....This is not something I will need often and probably not worth to invest on a customization .

I am sorry, there are no such fields available out of the box, So that will have to done as a customization.
