I have done it in the past, but it requires a Cost Layered Valuation method (FIFO, Specific ID, etc.) to implement. It essentially looks at the RcptDate in the ItemCost table, and ages it into defined buckets. Average or Standard Cost will not work, as they do not create entries into the ItemCost table.
