Issues with priviledge "Maintain free text invoice"

Has anyone experience issues with the privilege /Maintain free text invoices; CustFreeInvoiceMaintain/. After update to Installed product version : 10.0.37 (10.0.1725.60), this privilege has stopped working.

We had to create a new privilege with where we added the controls in the display items from CustFreeInvoice to CustFreeinvoiceListPage. That granted us access again.

It is in D365 Finance and operations. It is below Display menu item in the privilege Maintain free text invoice, that does not seem to respond the the settings:
