Data Migration between Environments

Hi Team,

I am using DYNAMICS 365 CRM online in my org. We are planning to migrate some data from PRODUCTION to QA Environment to ensure that we have more data against which we could test in QA. I am looking for guidance and suggestions in this regard:

1. What are the possible ways to migrate just the data from PRODUCTION to QA

2. Are there any best practices that you follow in this procedure? Is there any way to filter data to ensure that we are getting variety of data from PRODUCTION (less in quantity and more inclusive with various conditions)
