Hello all:
I have one User who is experiencing sever Outlook issues. His Outlook client will crash several times every day, whether opening an email, using Set Regarding, or even creating a meeting; it is not constantly crashing but does crash repeatedly.
Also, he will lose tracking within an email: an email will have tracking, then a reply later in the thread will only show the "spinning dots" in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM window at the bottom; if he closes Outlook then, or it crashes, the windows itself disappears (like it is not being tracked). Afterwards, if he tries to "re-Set Regarding" to that record on that email, he will get an error as in the screenshot.

Further, he has issues at times where the link in the "Regarding:" field in the email is blank. This, too, can lead to the error in the screenshot. In general, this is only one User (but a manager) and he seems to be the only user among 70 that I cannot solve...if I remove or even disable the CRM add-in, he doesn't have any crashes (running 2+ days solid vs. 5-7 crashes daily).
So far, I have tried everything short of a new PC: delete & recreate the Exchange profile, uninstall/reinstall CRM for Outlook multiple times, etc., so I am looking for any help/guidance possible. He has basically the same software installed as any other user in his Team, and they are not experiencing this. Thanks in advance, and if I can clarify, please ask!
