How to stop D365FO from sending the "Workflow Submitted email"

Hi,
We have a situation wherein the user/approver doesnt want to get emails when the workflow is submitted by the WF Originator however they only want to get the WF Approval or Reject email. I can't see any option wherein you can stop this. Can anyone help me on this?

    Sounds like you should check the notification settings of your workflow.
    See below example from a PR workflow.
    If some of these are checked then recipients will be notified, when the event happens.

    You find the notification settings here on the different workflow steps, and depending on the structure of your workflow, you might need to check in a few places to see what notifications are enabled:

    Thanks for your reply.
     
    You get an email when you submit the WF for the first time. It comes from the below setup. We dont want the WF Approver to get this email. The screenshots you have shared sends the email to the approver for approving/rejecting etc the WF which is fine.
