Hi All,

I'm very new to D365 FO and commerce. I downloaded VM from LCS and trying to Activate MPOS.

I'm getting DA3001 - A connectivity error has occurred your device cannot connect to the server error message while activating MPOS. but I'm getting response from the server URL if I brows it in the browser. and my retail Serer also working fine. what could be the reason for the error.

DA3001 - A connectivity error has occurred your device cannot connect to the server

Try performing a health check by using the following format 'RetailServerURL/healthcheck?testname=ping' and browse it. So you can validate if the URL is a valid one and if it passing the health checks.
