Credit would like to have a generic account created or the ability to send notification to multiple people within a group when a case is assigned to their group.

Any suggestions will be helpful and will be marked as verified

Thanks in advance

You probably trying to make these 2 steps at 1 workflow - Assign and Notify. It's possible solution too but notify (Send email) should be next workflow step - on sent printscreen it looks like you clicked on Assign and there is correct just User/Team option. So you assign record to User/Team and as next step you send e-mail and "To" should be the Queue.

This workflow can look like this:

Or you can make another workflow just for send notification which will start with assign of record (i recommend this solution).

    https://prnt.sc/ltzy9p

    Start when: Record is Assigned

At workflow steps section you can put "If" condtion from your printscreen and next workflow step will be "Send email" - Set properties. Like on my printscreen just click on lookup "To" and change first row "Look for" to "Queue".

    Kind regards,

    Alex

    Hi,

you can create a queue for team or make a distribution sheet at active directory. We resolved something similiar at this topic:
