Can't find how to send forms to clients

Hi everyone, I created forms for my entity Incident in Dynamics 365. Now, I'm wondering how to send these forms to my clients who'll complete these forms. Is there a way to do that ? Thank you for your responses!

    Hi,

they will need user accounts in CRM to create case records there. Otherwise, you'll need to use a web portal - there is one from Microsoft, but it's only available with Dynamics 365 online:

But how can I send them the forms ? I'm still confused, can you be clearer please?

You cannot send them the forms (if I understand correctly which forms you are talking about - you may need to clarify).

All you can do is give them access to either CRM or the portal(which you have to deploy and configure first), and, then, they might go to CRM/portal and create cases using those forms.

How can I give them access to the portail ? I have an entity named Incident and a form named "Create incident". I want to send to my clients a link with this form and all what they've to do is completing the form

I already told you that you cannot send them the form - they have to have user accounts in CRM, then they can use the form. If they don't have a user account in CRM, this is NOT an option.

With the portal, it's all at that link (but, again, it's for Dynamics 365.. otherwise, you may need to find another portal solution or to develop you own)

If your clients are contacts in your system you can send them an Invitation to login to the portal.

Ctrl +F on that article and search for 'To Setup Web Role Contacts'

    Hello,

This answer comes two years too late, but just in case somebody else is looking for the same thing:

To find the URL to share with your clients, open the Form in Design mode and click on "Embed" in the ribbon. Then go to "embed as link" in the menu on the left and copy the URL from there.

    Kind regards,

    Christine
