What's there in the Event Viewer?

    Hi Duma,

In NAV Administration, you check the Timeout under the Client Services Tab.

You can also check if you have any timeout parameters for Database.

Let me know if you need further help.

Please check the event viewer log. I ran across these kinds of issues when the service user is locked or the password is expired, so please make to check the Service user is enabled and active.

    hi Olister...

    I appreciate your respond

I enclose idle client 10 seconds, and we've been set like this since 2017 and there's no issue but now it's time out under 4 seconds. and if we operate it directly from remot server  it doesn't happen.

    Duma,

I am referring to the service user which is running the NAV Service, not the user which is trying to login.

    Hi Duma,

In your VM where NAV server is installed goto C:\inetpub\wwwroot\<ServerInstanceName>.

You will find a web.config file something like this.

    6366.IMg1.png

You have to check the session timeout in this file.

You will need to change this parameter and restart the WebServerInstance from IIS.

    Hi Olister,

    I Got It...

This is it and we never changed / edited anything in there since go live.

I dunno if there's another company has a case like this, Bc I so confused and sometimes it's run normally but sometimes it was drive our user get crazy. I couldn't find and analyze this cases pattern and even could't to replicate it.

    webconfig.txt

    Best Regards w/ Thanks,

    Duma
